The 'yes, no' house

2024

A philosophical essay in narrative form, designed as an A5 book. In the fictional city of Ellowz, the story follows Larem, a woman who can only say no in a world where yes is the norm. Step by step she examines where her refusal comes from and what changes when she makes room for a conscious yes.

The essay is about the balance between saying yes and no. About boundaries, self-worth and the question of whose expectations you are actually answering. Not a manual, but a mirror. Whoever dares to choose, sets the balance.

Text, concept and design all in my own hands.
